Our Northampton Office is located in Northampton's prime business district and adjacent to Northampton Hospital on Billing Road. The office is also within easy walking distance of the main shopping area and associated car parks. On street parking in the immediate area is limited and it is recommended that visitors use nearby town centre car parks.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE


We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service, we have provided then you should inform us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.


In the first instance we suggest that you raise these concerns with the lawyer dealing with your case, who will try to help and clarify where there is any confusion. Alternatively, you may contact their supervisor who supervises the handling of your case which is Harleena Basi. We encourage complaints to be in writing, but they do not have to be. You will be given an opportunity to provide further information and there will be a detailed investigation followed a detailed response.
