The firm is led by Harleena J Basi, who has more than 15 years experience in Immigration and Asylum Law. Harleena holds a Masters in International Human Rights Law and deals with the firm's complex appeals, judicial review, domestic violence and trafficking cases.

 

Mohamed Suleman qualified in 2007 with experience in Company and Commercial Law. He most recently worked as a Development Officer at the British Red Cross. He has built a wealth of experience across the full spectrum of immigration law, whether that be EEA, entry clearance or human rights applications. Mohamed also deals with most of the firm's PBS work including Tier 1 / Sponsor Licence applications.

 

Gwen Morris has more than 12 years experience in Immigration Law. Gwen co-managed the Immigration Unit at the Pitsmoor Citizen's Advice Bureau, Sheffield and prior to joining the firm in 2014 ran an immigration advice service for a charity in London. She is also a licensed attorney in the US.

 

Farhath Khan has more than 10 years experience in Immigration an Asylum Law, largely in the non-for-profit sector. She also gained experience in employment, housing and welfare benefits law during her previous employment at Luton Law Centre.

 

Jo Barr holds six years post-qualification experience in Immigration Law,  both in the private sector and the Home Office specialising in EEA and Asylum cases at appeal stage.
